Case studies
We provided specialist resources and global event management expertise for a series of high-profile events to enhance the University of Nottingham's global reputation including sponsoring and participating in the Global Sustainable Development Congress in Bangkok.
SSBC celebrated ten years of impact with the Early Intervention and Learning Conference, bringing together over 300 attendees, with 14 sessions and 30 speakers to share key achievements, and leave a lasting legacy for national early years practitioners, service providers, commissioners, policy makers and academics.
The British Council aimed to better serve their global community by creating a more engaging experience for the English Language and Teaching Innovation Awards (ELTons). We provided end-to-end services to introduce the ELTons Festival of Innovation.
Faced with staff capacity challenges in the run up to graduation week, Assemble Events were appointed to support the Queen Mary events team in the delivery of 19 graduation ceremonies across six days in July 2023.
Assemble Events were approached by the School of Advanced Studies to fully manage and deliver the 2023 ceremony for post-graduate students. We also created a blueprint for SAS to work from in future years.
Assemble Events was appointed to design, launch and deliver a new flagship virtual event from the British Council offering careers and employability advice, networking opportunities and learning and development initiatives to international UK alumni.
Covid-19 changed how the University of Oxford delivered their events programmes for their alumni community. Assemble Events provided strategic guidance and support to deliver a hybrid event and maximise opportunities for all stakeholders.
Leeds Trinity University knew their response to Covid-19 should be personal and authentic. Assemble Events was approached to provide a range of ‘safe social’ virtual events for the students to enjoy and bring the university community together.
Working in partnership with the Labster team, Assemble Events created a 10-week programme to plan and deliver a virtual conference to empower science educators looking to improve STEM learning beyond face-to-face study.
